Dr. Gootnick offers the following services for attorneys in Medical Malpractices and Personal Injury, both plaintiff and defense

Medical Case Review

What Dr. Gootnick Provides
Dr. Gootnick reviews the x-ray films to ascertain whether or not there has been negligence in medical care. She provides a 2 – 3 page written report and analysis with affidavit if there has been negligence.

In certain cases the opposing counsel's expert witness makes statements, which are not supported by medical fact or contradict the articles that they have written. Dr. Gootnick can review these depositions and or trial testimonies and formulate questions to be asked at trial or at further depositions in order to point out the inconsistencies.
